🚚 Q: When will my order ship?
- Every NuSage piece is made to order with care and intention.
- Orders typically ship within 7–15 business days, depending on the item type.
- You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
- Most shipments are sent via USPS, though carrier may vary.
- Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our facility.
🔄 Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: No. Unless the issue is on our end.
Because all NuSage pieces are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered.
Please double-check your size and selections before completing your order.
📦 Q: What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
If we made an error — such as sending the wrong item, size, or a defective product — we’ll make it right.
Just email us within 7 days of delivery at help@wearenusage.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund as needed.
🛑 Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only if production has not begun.
Because each piece is custom made, we begin processing shortly after you check out. If you need to request a cancellation, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the near future.

To keep your pieces feeling beautiful and lasting longer, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
- Do not iron directly on prints
- Treat your NuSage garments with love—they’re made just for you
